Dates & Rates

General Information

Summer 2024

• 6 weeks: Monday, June 24 - Friday, Aug. 2, 2024

Ages:

• Girls: 18 months - entering 7th grade
• Boys: 18 months - entering 5th grade
• 8th - 10th grade: Junior counselor opportunities available

Times:

• Monday - Friday • 9:00am - 3:30pm
• Early Care: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
• After Care: 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm (including Fridays)
• Extended Hours: 8:00 am - 9:00 am and 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm Early Care is $50 a week and After Care is $70 a week. Registration for Early and After Care is weekly.

Registration & Payment Options.

• $75 Non Refundable Deposit per child must accompany each registration.

Camp has limited enrollment and fills quickly. Please register early!

Registration Discounts & Policies

Early Bird Discount: 

• Register your child/ren with a deposit on or before Monday, March 18th, 2024 and receive the discounted rate of $20 off per week 

Refer a Friend Discount: 

• Know someone who has never been to Camp Gan Israel? Spread the word and get a $50 referral credit for each new child registered

Full Summer Discount: 

• Sign up for all 6 weeks and get an additional $20 off per week.

Extended Hours:

• Early Drop-Off is $50 a week and Late Stay $70 a week. Not currently offering a Daily Rate

Cancelation Policy  

• On or before June 1st, 100% refund; after June 1st, 30% refund. (There is no refund for registration fee or daily absences) 
• There is no refund for daily absences.

Late Registration or Adding/Transferring Weeks

• After camp begins on June 24, campers may add weeks, transfer weeks, or register only in the sole discretion of the camp administration. Weekly rate will apply. 

Financial Assistance Deadline 

• For inquires about financial assistance or scholarships please email director@ganisraelsa.com.
• All requests for assistance must be received by May 1, 2024
• Please note that the deposit must be paid before you can be considered for assistance. 

Enrollment

• The camp administration reserves the right to reconsider the enrollment of any camper if we feel the child's needs or level of functioning or behavior can not be accommodated or if we feel the child's conduct limits his or her ability to participate in, or fully benefit from the programs and activities at Camp Gan Israel.

Payment Policy

• Payment in full must be received by the camp office before your child will be admitted into camp. All accounts will be charged in full in June 1, 2024. Payment plans are available at time of registration, or speak to our office if you need a different arrangement.
